Tricked again by a bear

The curiosity of bears seems to know no bounds. Whether it's the sight, smell or sound of something different they seldom ignore anything new -- or even a lot of old things. I've had a camera trap on the same tree for six years and bears still mess with it -- often the same bears that have investigated it before.

Thank you, Woody. No question about it: they are smart. One of these days I will put together a video om personality differences of our local black bears.
