Fred's first swim

Fred avoided water until he was 6 months old.

Then he started to run and play in shallow water.

At 8 months he took his first swim.

Now he's a water dog.

I hope that I'm a good enough person to come back as Fred in my next life!

Yep, he got a case of stinky ear, but now he's on medication and really missing his flume swims.

I don't think I've ever seen a dog run up the bank (even a few steps) before jumping in to let the water carry him intersect with his prize. Or use a foot to push off the side, either.

Awwwwwwww...what a smart puppy!
